HAYDOCK RACECOURSE 1-50 Race Date 03/09/16 | Horse Racing

HAYDOCK RACECOURSE FORM

Empress Ali

Empress Ali is a 5yo from the Tom Tate stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 10f race which taking part here at Haydock.

This is a Flat race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 1st at Chester on the 27/09/2014 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

This is a 5yo and if we move over to the stats area we find that the sires offspring when running as a 5yo have a satisfactory strike rate of 12%.

An average looking runner with adequate but unremarkable form for a race like this and there are others that are preferred and it could be an idea to look at some of the other contenders.

Miss Van Gogh

Miss Van Gogh is a 4yo from the Richard Fahey stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 10f race which taking part here at Haydock.

This is a Flat race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 1st at Haydock on the 02/07/2015 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

Looking at the race type and here we see it’s a Flat and with only average or suitable recent stats for today’s jockey in this type of event it appears to have moderate claims here.

Has admissible but intermediate form and would only be of general interest if the odds are in our favour which would mean an each way bet might be on the cards.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Rosental

Rosental is from the Luca Cumani and would appear to be a talented sort and looks to have an above average chance here at Haydock

This is a Flat race where over the last twelve months Rosental has shown some valuable form and looked a skilled operator when finishing 2nd in a race at Beverley on the 28/05/2016 and although this is not what would be called very recent it is still worth considering.

Sire stats now and recent ones show a fine 17% strike rate when running in Flat event which us some above average form and stats.

One for your short list I feel and looks to have the form which would enable it to be in the shake up, there maybe others with higher ratings but this one still looks to have a chance.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Dessertoflife

Dessertoflife is a 3yo from the Mark Johnston stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 10f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Overall form shows that Dessertoflife who is a 3yo has run in Flat races before and has finished well but this form looks substandard and is not the most up to date and may be best to give this one the swerve.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Motdaw

Motdaw is a 3yo from the Mick Channon stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

Some horses can handle carrying large loads while other can’t so if we can find an excellent run where there were similar weights were involved it would be an valuable extra bonus and in this case we need to look no further than its outing at Nottingham when placed 1st.

Looks a first class choice to take the winners prize back to Mick Channon having proved itself highly capable of taking in a race like this and would expect an admirable display.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Above Average

Trainnah

Trainnah is a 3yo from the William Haggas stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 10f race which taking part here at Haydock.

So we have a nice recent run over this distance which took place at Brighton on GOOD (7.9) when finishing 1st, looked an unremarkable type of race but could classed as acceptable.

This runner could very well have what is known as bog standard form and winners tend to be a shade better thought of than that but its by no means totally out of it but would appear to need a bit of luck to win here today.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

Shafafya

Shafafya is a 3yo from the Ed Dunlop stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 10f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Another runner who’s form looks to be damaging is Shafafya and the only thing to write home about would be it came 1st in a Flat race, not recently, but was within the last twelve months.

So this runner is trained by Ed Dunlop and when in charge of the offspring by Shamardal, who is the sire, results over the last twelve months have not been that good producing only a 5% strike rate.

A runner who for this race appears to have to much detrimental form to its name and I feel it may be wise to pass this one over.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Zest

Zest is a 3yo from the James Fanshawe stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 10f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Recent form with the right weight is what this one can boast but digging a little deeper we can see that its recent race at Nottingham may not of been as good as first thought and overall form does not seem to be good enough.

The expression dime-a-dozen sprung to mind when going through the form for this runner and with a low rating this runner appears inferior.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Below Average

Seeyouallincoppers

Seeyouallincoppers is a 6yo from the Gordon Elliott stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

Sometimes a runner can seem to be head and shoulders above others in a race and this would be one of them based on its outings to date, one of these that proves the point would be when it raced at Perth and came in 2nd in a Handicap and this looked a notable event.

Twelve month jockey stats this time and these show a sterling strike rate of 21% for David Noonan when competing in 18f events which is today’s race distance.

A runner out of the top draw here and one that looks to be in tiptop shape and ready to produce an exemplary display here at Stratford.
