HAYDOCK RACECOURSE 2-35 Race Date 13/05/17 | Horse Racing

HAYDOCK RACECOURSE FORM

Fantasy King

Fantasy King is a 11yo from the James Moffatt stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 14f race which taking part here at Haydock.

None recent form is not always ideal and this is probably the best way of looking at a race that Fantasy King took part in on the 25/05/2015 when finishing 1st, ok so the race took place in the month of the year which could been its about to hit top form again but with a below average Jadwiz rating this one does look to be below par.

Overall stats around this time of the year for James Moffatt are on the low side with only a substandard 5% strike rate being recorded.

Does not look to be one of the fancied runners on the form which has come to light and for all intense and purpose Fantasy King would be classed as having a below average chance.

Opposition

Opposition is a 4yo from the Ed Dunlop stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 14f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Opposition did have a good result when carrying 09-07 and finishing 1st on the 23/04/2016 but that is not the most recent of form but you could say its acceptable.

This is a Flat race and the sires record when its progeny have raced in these type of events over the last twelve months has been 14%.

Does not have the best form in the race and only looks ordinary but there may be a chance of this one getting itself into a place, whether the bookmakers price this one up to allow an each way is a different matter.

Togetherness

Togetherness is a 4yo from the Harry Dunlop stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 14f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Another runner who’s form does not seem to be good enough for this race and the only good news would be its finishing position in a race that took place at Chepstow when it carried 09-03 to finish 2nd. This is a similar sort of weight that it is set to carry today so could possible run a nice race.

Overall form for this runner looks to be insufficient and substandard for a race like this and the best I feel it could do would be to possible be reach a place but its odds would need to be at least double figures.

Jaameh

Jaameh is a 4yo from the Mark Johnston stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 14f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Some runners can be out of their depth or running races well below what they are capable of which is not usually a good sign but with Jaameh we see some first rate form in the shape of an outing on the 01/07/2016 when placed 1st, that looked an excellent class 4 race so a prime example of a worth selection for today’s event.

left handed course and these types of tracks have recently suited Dane O’Neill very well and stats show an excellent strike rate of 100%.

One of the main candidates in this event and appears to have what would be called a first rate chance based on the Jadwiz rating and other factors.

Monjeni

Monjeni is a 4yo from the Ian Williams stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 14f race which taking part here at Haydock.

The overall form for Monjeni shows that there was a race on the 14/03/2017 at Wolverhampton when finishing 1st that the same piece of headgear was fitted, although I feel that the result on that day was more of what you would call a typical or regular type of an event.

The recent stats for Ian Williams tells us that the results are average or undistinguished if you like when their runners have tried to win Flat events.

Has some satisfactory but run of the mill type of form and would not be to high on many punters lists but with a bit of luck may find its way into a place.

Braes Of Lochalsh

Braes Of Lochalsh is a 6yo from the Jim Goldie stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 14f race which taking part here at Haydock.

Headgear is used in an attempt to get the most from a runner and can sometimes have desired affect as was the case when Braes Of Lochalsh ran at Doncaster, finished 1st on that occasion and is not the most recent of form and looks to have far more to do here today.

A runners form can tell you about its ability but we also need to know how well the trainers string have been performing in the type of race that they are due to run in and with Jim Goldie stables strike rate of only 6% over the last year for Flat events things are looking unproductive.

Could not be classed has having a great chance of taking the winners prize back to the trainers stable and other better candidate can easily be found.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Zenafire

Zenafire Gelding who for this race has Franny Norton on board which looks like helping here on ground which is marked down as Good To Firm

Weight can play its part much the same as other factors and having a horse with the right weight makes the form worthy, this is what we have with this runner a splendid performance on the Flat when it carried 09-09 to finish 1st. Some may say that the form is not as new as others in the race but it does show it is adept at carrying this sort of weight.

This is a Flat and one thing I noticed was the recent stats for today’s jockey which shows a 17% strike rate in these type of event which looks agreeable form for this runner.

With splendid form this runner is rated amongst the top contenders for the honours here at Haydock today and appears to be very capable of at least making the frame in this event.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Above Average

Silverrica

Silverrica is a 7yo from the Malcolm Saunders stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Nottingham.

Taking into account the overall form for Silverrica it would be considered to have a middle of the road chance as there does not seem to be any real factors which stand out. This is a 5f race and ordinary or passable would be the words I would use and it can be seen as more of an each way chance.

This is a Flat race and the sires record when its progeny have raced in these type of events over the last twelve months has been 8%.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.
