DONCASTER RACECOURSE 1-40 Race Date 13/07/17 | Horse Racing

DONCASTER RACECOURSE FORM

Waiting For Richie

Waiting For Richie is a 4yo from the Tom Tate stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

Had a recent race at York and managed to get into the first three in a Flat event and looks to have fair form which looks typical for this type of contest.

On the cards here is a Flat race and recent results show that the sire for this runner has produced offspring that have gained some middle of the road results, at the moment the strike rate is 9%.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Mishko

Mishko is a 6yo from the Steve Gollings stable who has some praiseworthy form on which to recommend for this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

Has an above average rating and looks a proficient runner but no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

This looks to be a good race and one in which Mishko appears to hold a chance due to the talented form which has been shown in the past and could very well be worth a bet.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Three Colours Red

Three Colours Red is a 5yo from the Robert Stephens stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

One of the things about recent form is that it helps that the races are both the same and in the case of Three Colours Red I can tell you that the tiptop display at Worcester in a class 5 which took place on the 14/06/2017 was the same class as today’s, so appears to have a notable chance here.

Would appear to have an outstanding chance is this race and form suggests a bet could very well be in order for this runner who looks first rate.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Above Average

Stormin Tom

Stormin Tom is a 5yo from the Tim Easterby stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

This is a Flat race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 1st at Ripon on the 03/08/2015 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

Average stats is what we have here for today’s jockey when ridding a 5yo, or at least over the last twelve months and these results would be considered acceptable or admissible.

With some middle of the road performances and generally indifferent form this ones chances are modest and there are a number of entrants which look better suited.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Stoneham

Stoneham is a 6yo from the Iain Jardine stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

So how can we find a winning approach in this race? Well one of the things I have noticed with this runner is that the was the exquisite display put up at Wolverhampton which at first glance may not show too much, but that course and this are both left handed courses which means we have a excellent base on which to proceed.

Flat race for both horse and jockey to contend with here and as far as Mr B Lynn is concerned there should be no problem due to their recent success rate of 25% in this type of event.

Looks a first class choice to take the winners prize back to Iain Jardine having proved itself highly capable of taking in a race like this and would expect an admirable display.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Tempuran

Tempuran is from the David Bridgwater and would appear to be a talented sort and looks to have an above average chance here at Doncaster

Different times of the year can often bring a change of form and in the case of Tempuran it looks as if this month could be the key, after all it was on the 14/07/2014 that it finished 1st at Newton Abbot in what could be viewed as a splendid result.

With splendid form this runner is rated amongst the top contenders for the honours here at Doncaster today and appears to be very capable of at least making the frame in this event.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

Wordiness

Wordiness is a 9yo from the David Evans stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

None recent form is not always ideal and this is probably the best way of looking at a race that Wordiness took part in on the 01/07/2015 when finishing 1st, ok so the race took place in the month of the year which could been its about to hit top form again but with a below average Jadwiz rating this one does look to be below par.

This runners overall form looks to be below par for a race like this but it could possible be worth an each way provided that it had longish odds.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Below Average

Art History

Art History is a 9yo from the Philip Kirby stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

Will start be letting you know this is a Flat race and Art History does have recent form in these type of event, not great and overall form would only be average.

Not all racecourses are the same, some are left handed while others are right and with Doncaster it is a left handed course. Looking at the trainers record over the last twelve months we see a tolerable but average strike rate of 8% when their runners have raced on a left handed track.

One of the runners who looks to only have moderate or average form but is the type that could run well and therefore may be of interest if the main contenders put in a below par effort.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Barizan

Barizan is a 11yo from the Brendan Powell stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

Overall form for Barizan is generally unproductive and inferior to others in this race and while it has some reasonable results over this distance namely when finishing 2nd on the 10/05/2014 it would be seen as more of a each way or long shot.

The expression dime-a-dozen sprung to mind when going through the form for this runner and with a low rating this runner appears inferior.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Tawseef

Tawseef is a 9yo from the Donald McCain stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

Recent form with the right weight is what this one can boast but digging a little deeper we can see that its recent race at Cartmel may not of been as good as first thought and overall form does not seem to be good enough.

Now for stats and these appear to be detrimental, at least when the sires offspring have been entered into Flat races, over the last twelve months it has only record an inferior strike rate of 5%.

This runners overall form looks to be below par for a race like this but it could possible be worth an each way provided that it had longish odds.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Above Average

Beaumont’s Party

Beaumont’s Party is a 10yo from the Laura Morgan stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 16f race which taking part here at Doncaster.

Sometimes headgear can make a difference but if we judge things on its outing at Sedgefield on the 24/11/2015 its form on that occasion would be described as fair, ok may not be the most recent form but Beaumont’s Party ratings look to be unexceptional.

One of the runners who looks to only have moderate or average form but is the type that could run well and therefore may be of interest if the main contenders put in a below par effort.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Sofia’s Rock

Sofia’s Rock is a 3yo from the Mark Johnston stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 13f race which taking part here at Newmarket.

Another runner who’s form looks to be damaging is Sofia’s Rock and the only thing to write home about would be it came 1st in a Flat race, not recently, but was within the last twelve months.

Overall form for this runner looks to be insufficient and substandard for a race like this and the best I feel it could do would be to possible be reach a place but its odds would need to be at least double figures.
