BRIGHTON RACECOURSE 1-50 Race Date 09/08/17 | Horse Racing

BRIGHTON RACECOURSE FORM

Llamrei

Llamrei is a 2yo from the Jo Hughes stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Brighton.

Will start be letting you know this is a Flat race and Llamrei does have recent form in these type of event, not great and overall form would only be average.

The recent stats for Jo Hughes tells us that the results are average or undistinguished if you like when their runners have tried to win Flat events.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Jonnysimpson

Jonnysimpson is a 2yo from the Brendan Powell stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Brighton.

The one thing that the form book does show for Jonnysimpson is that with the right headgear, which it has today, it can sometimes run well. With that said I do feel that today will not be one of them as there are far to many other runners with better form lines.

This is a Flat race and one where recent stats for this trainer have not been going to well, in fact they are considered to be insufficient with only a 6% strike rate being recorded.

The expression dime-a-dozen sprung to mind when going through the form for this runner and with a low rating this runner appears inferior.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Above Average

Haveoneyerself

Haveoneyerself is a 2yo from the John Butler stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 5f race which taking part here at Brighton.

Some horses can handle carrying large loads while other can’t so if we can find an excellent recent run where there were similar weights were involved it would be an valuable extra bonus and in this case we need to look no further than its outing at Hamilton when placed 2nd.

This runner has a trainer and jockey partnership which recently has been working very well to create a top-notch strike rate of 50% which enhances this ones form.

The conclusion for this runner is that it could safely be added to any short list and could very well be the top selection to land the first prize here.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Below Average

Terri Rules

Terri Rules is a 2yo from the Julia Feilden stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Brighton.

The overall form for Terri Rules shows that there was a race on the 12/07/2017 at Lingfield when finishing 2nd that the same piece of headgear was fitted, although I feel that the result on that day was more of what you would call a typical or regular type of an event.

Will look at the last years stats for the trainer this time with only average sort of mark for runners competing at this race distance things appear set for run of the mill sort of outing here today.

An average looking runner with adequate but unremarkable form for a race like this and there are others that are preferred and it could be an idea to look at some of the other contenders.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Average

Erastus

Erastus Gelding who for this race has Shane Kelly on board which looks like helping here on ground which is marked down as Good To Firm

One thing I did notice about this runners last twelve months form was that in the race it took part in on the 12/05/2017 at Lingfield was it carried 09-02 and fell short of making it into one of the placing, the weight today is not to dissimilar.

One for your short list I feel and looks to have the form which would enable it to be in the shake up, there maybe others with higher ratings but this one still looks to have a chance.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Sienna Says

Sienna Says is a 2yo from the Tony Carroll stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Brighton.

Another runner and with this one we see it does have recent form and although not as good as others may have place claims based on its 3rd at Newbury in a Flat.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Tally’s Song

Tally’s Song is a 4yo from the Grace Harris stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Bath.

The class of race we have here could possible be a problem based on its running on the 20/08/2016 when unplaced in a class 6 at Bath the same as we have here today.

Looking at the race type and here we see it’s a Flat and with only average or suitable recent stats for today’s jockey in this type of event it appears to have moderate claims here.

Has admissible but intermediate form and would only be of general interest if the odds are in our favour which would mean an each way bet might be on the cards.
