CHELMSFORD RACECOURSE FORM

Sacred Way

Sacred Way is a 3yo from the Kevin Ryan stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 10f race which taking part here at Chelmsford.

Sacred Way has satisfactory recent form but nothing that jumps off the page, however it did finish 2nd recently on a unknown course the same as today’s which makes things more tolerable.

We have looked at form and now move on to the recent stats for runners out of the sire when runner on a unknown course which an average strike rate in the order of 10%.

Does not have the best form in the race and only looks ordinary but there may be a chance of this one getting itself into a place, whether the bookmakers price this one up to allow an each way is a different matter.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Lead A Dance

Lead A Dance is a 3yo from the John Butler stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 10f race which taking part here at Chelmsford.

Put in a bush-league type of performance when recently racing at Chepstow with the same piece of headgear which Lead A Dance is set to wear again for this event which does not look to good.

Overall form for today’s jockey at this time of the year is to be considered below par or ailing due to their low strike rate which is only 6%.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Timely Arrival

Timely Arrival is a 3yo from the Amanda Perrett stable who has some praiseworthy form on which to recommend for this 10f race which taking part here at Chelmsford.

Looks talented and appears to be one that could be trusted providing that you over look its recent run at Newmarket which is a unknown course the same as today’s.

By no means the top rated here for this race but its not that far off and with the form shown so far could not really be left out of the reckoning here for this race at Chelmsford.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Hyperloop

Hyperloop is a 3yo from the William Haggas stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

This runner not only has tiptop form but has also proved it can handle a unknown course which it did in a distinguished fashion when racing at Windsor on the 10/07/2017.

Combination here today is Daniel Tudhope ridding for William Haggas and recent stats for this partnership shows a distinguished strike rate of 33%.

Looks to be one of the runners here in which an investment could very well pay off with an excellent rating and some notable form to its name for this Stakes event.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Footman

Footman is a 3yo from the Richard Hughes stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 10f race which taking part here at Chelmsford.

Another runner who’s form does not seem to be good enough for this race and the only good news would be its finishing position in a race that took place at Kempton when it carried 09-04 to finish 2nd. This is a similar sort of weight that it is set to carry today so could possible run a nice race.

Could not be classed has having a great chance of taking the winners prize back to the trainers stable and other better candidate can easily be found.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Ennjaaz

Ennjaaz is a 3yo from the Saeed bin Suroor stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 10f race which taking part here at Chelmsford.

So we have a nice recent run over this distance which took place at Windsor on GOOD TO SOFT (6. when finishing 2nd, looked an unremarkable type of race but could classed as acceptable.

Does not have the best form in the race and only looks ordinary but there may be a chance of this one getting itself into a place, whether the bookmakers price this one up to allow an each way is a different matter.

KEMPTON RACECOURSE FORM

That’s My Girl

That’s My Girl is from the Richard Hannon and would appear to be a talented sort and looks to have an above average chance here at Kempton

Has an above average rating and looks a proficient runner but no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

Fitted with headgear which hopfully will give this one a chance after all the trainers recent record when sending out runners with some type of head covering has been beneficial with a superior strike rate of 15%.

By no means the top rated here for this race but its not that far off and with the form shown so far could not really be left out of the reckoning here for this race at Kempton.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Silver Bullet

Silver Bullet is a 2yo from the Tom Dascombe stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

May have what it takes for this class 6 event but may need a bit of luck considering it was unplaced recently in the same type of race.

This runners overall form looks to be below par for a race like this but it could possible be worth an each way provided that it had longish odds.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Average

Mimram

Mimram is a 2yo from the Dean Ivory stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Has an below average rating and looks a unproductive runner with no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

So Mimram is a 2yo and recently there have been some less than encouraging results where the sires offspring are concerned and with an insufficient strike rate of only 4% others will be preferred.

The expression dime-a-dozen sprung to mind when going through the form for this runner and with a low rating this runner appears inferior.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Letsbe Avenue

Letsbe Avenue is a 2yo from the Richard Hannon stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

Checking the last twelve months of form for this 2yo Colt I noticed that it did run in a race on the 01/07/2017 when it carried a similar weight as today’s, results on that occasion was not great but don’t let that put you off.

Looks a first class choice to take the winners prize back to Richard Hannon having proved itself highly capable of taking in a race like this and would expect an admirable display.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Courteous Crown

Courteous Crown is a 2yo from the Richard Hannon stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Has an average rating and looks a moderate runner but no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

This is a 2yo and if we move over to the stats area we find that the sires offspring when running as a 2yo have a satisfactory strike rate of 12%.

With some middle of the road performances and generally indifferent form this ones chances are modest and there are a number of entrants which look better suited.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Roman Spinner

Roman Spinner is a 2yo from the Rae Guest stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

What makes this runners form admissible is the fact it got a good result recently when racing at Kempton when claiming the 1st place prize. Had a similar type of weight that day which it is set to carry in this race which gives Roman Spinner on form a modest chance.

Some horses run better when young other when older and finding a jockey who gets on with different age groups can pay dividends, however in the particular case David Probert recent success rate is only an average looking 10% for a 2yo.

Form for this runner looks up to scratch but with better candidates in this race its overall chance could only be classed as admissible.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Alaskan Star

Alaskan Star is a 2yo from the Amanda Perrett stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

A tolerable yet undistinguished runner who’s form when racing with around this weight may not be perfect and an example would be when it competed at Goodwood on the 26/05/2017 and finished unplaced when carrying a weight of 09-02, which was not to dissimilar to the one it has today.

Twelve month stats for the trainer are adequate for this age of runner and while not outstanding with a 10% strike rate may still be good enough to get Alaskan Star a place.

An average looking runner with adequate but unremarkable form for a race like this and there are others that are preferred and it could be an idea to look at some of the other contenders.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Rustang

Rustang Colt who for this race has Jimmy Fortune on board which looks like helping here on ground which is marked down as *** Error ***

If we concentrate on the recent form for Rustang we can see there was a race at Windsor when it carried 09-01 and finished unplaced and is worth pointing out as its set to carry a similar weight here today.

With some efficient and praiseworthy form to its name this would most likely be included in most short lists and who would I be to argue and I’m sure Richard Hughes with have this one fit and ready to be battle.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

Giovanni Medici

Giovanni Medici is a 2yo from the Seamus Durack stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

What form does Giovanni Medici have? Well the best way of looking at this runner is to take into account its last twelve months of form and by doing this we can see there was a race on the 26/07/2017 when it finished 3rd. On that day it was racing over 7f the same as today but it could be said that it was only a moderate type of an event.

This is a 2yo and if we move over to the stats area we find that the sires offspring when running as a 2yo have a satisfactory strike rate of 8%.

One of the runners who looks to only have moderate or average form but is the type that could run well and therefore may be of interest if the main contenders put in a below par effort.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Above Average

Prezzie

Prezzie is a 2yo from the William Muir stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Has an average rating and looks a moderate runner but no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

Some horses run better when young other when older and finding a jockey who gets on with different age groups can pay dividends, however in the particular case Martin Dwyer recent success rate is only an average looking 8% for a 2yo.

Form for this runner looks up to scratch but with better candidates in this race its overall chance could only be classed as admissible.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Gold Eagle

Gold Eagle is a 2yo from the Philip McBride stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Had a recent run at Leicester when it carried a similar weight when unplaced in a unremarkable race and that about sums things up for this runner, touchstone.

This is a 2yo and if we move over to the stats area we find that the sires offspring when running as a 2yo have a satisfactory strike rate of 11%.

Does not have the best form in the race and only looks ordinary but there may be a chance of this one getting itself into a place, whether the bookmakers price this one up to allow an each way is a different matter.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

Surrey Blaze

Surrey Blaze is a 2yo from the Joseph Tuite stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Today’s weight for this runner is very similar to the one recently carried at Sandown when unplaced and that form appears to be how good this runner is and not ideal selection for this race.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Hastenplace

Hastenplace is a 2yo from the Rod Millman stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Has an below average rating and looks a unproductive runner with no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

Sometimes a trainers record can indicate things that are not always evident when looking or reading through the runners form and one of these is that Rod Millman has only successfully make the winners enclosure 6% of the time with a 2yo runner over the year, which is below average.

A runner who for this race appears to have to much detrimental form to its name and I feel it may be wise to pass this one over.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Meandmyshadow

Meandmyshadow is a 9yo from the Alan Brown stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Redcar.

Another runner who’s form does not seem to be good enough for this race and the only good news would be its finishing position in a race that took place at Newcastle when it carried 09-07 to finish 1st. This is a similar sort of weight that it is set to carry today so could possible run a nice race.

Time for some stats and in this case the trainers record lets us know this runners chances of success here are below average due to the fact that Alan Brown only has a 6% strike rate in Flat races.

With some discouraging results and below par performances this runner would be seen by most as having a less than average chance of taking the first prize here in this event.

KEMPTON RACECOURSE FORM

Shamrock Emma

Shamrock Emma is a 2yo from the John Best stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

May have what it takes for this class 5 event but may need a bit of luck considering it was unplaced recently in the same type of race.

This runner is a 2yo and there is nothing unusual in that except when Luke Morris has been the jockey, recent stats show a substandard strike rate, so may not be a great choice.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Knockout Blow

Knockout Blow is a 2yo from the Mark Johnston stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

The one thing that the form book does show for Knockout Blow is that with the right headgear, which it has today, it can sometimes run well. With that said I do feel that today will not be one of them as there are far to many other runners with better form lines.

The record of this runners sire is discouraging with only a 5% strike rate at this time of the year and with some below par results like these it would be an idea to concentrate on others in the race.

Could not be classed has having a great chance of taking the winners prize back to the trainers stable and other better candidate can easily be found.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Iconic Knight

Iconic Knight is a 2yo from the Ed Walker stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Class counts the saying goes but in the case of its recent outing at Kempton when racing in the same class of race as today’s the result only looked to be bog standard and on form it looks a place maybe the best result.

A 2yo runner here and with Jamie Spencer due to get the leg up its run would be expected to be moderate and this is based on the modest overall strike rate of 14% when ridding 2yo.

Has some satisfactory but run of the mill type of form and would not be to high on many punters lists but with a bit of luck may find its way into a place.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Deviate

Deviate is a 2yo from the Tom Dascombe stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

One of the things about recent form is that it helps that the races are both the same and in the case of Deviate I can tell you that the tiptop display at Wolverhampton in a class 5 which took place on the 31/07/2017 was the same class as today’s, so appears to have a notable chance here.

Looks to be one of the runners here in which an investment could very well pay off with an excellent rating and some notable form to its name for this Stakes event.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Pretty Risky

Pretty Risky is a 2yo from the Patrick Chamings stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

First thing I noticed when looking at its recent form was a race at Brighton when it worn the same piece of headgear, on that occasion it did show enough to suggest it can be winning here.

The trainer of this runner does not have any outstanding recent results when their runners have carried a weight near what this one is set to lump around here today and stats appear to be intermediate.

Has admissible but intermediate form and would only be of general interest if the odds are in our favour which would mean an each way bet might be on the cards.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

No More Commisery

No More Commisery is a 2yo from the Mick Quinn stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Has an excellent rating and looks a distinguished runner but no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

A runner out of the top draw here and one that looks to be in tiptop shape and ready to produce an exemplary display here at Kempton.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

Shadow Seeker

Shadow Seeker is a 2yo from the Paul D’Arcy stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Put in a bush-league type of performance when recently racing at Chelmsford with the same piece of headgear which Shadow Seeker is set to wear again for this event which does not look to good.

We know Shadow Seeker is set to carry 08-11 but over the last twelve months the trainers runners when carrying around this weight have only prevailed 5% of the time which is off putting.

Does not look to be one of the fancied runners on the form which has come to light and for all intense and purpose Shadow Seeker would be classed as having a below average chance.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Poppy Jag

Poppy Jag is a 2yo from the Kevin Frost stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Kempton.

Has only what would only be classed as passable form for this race and with a below standard outing recently at Wolverhampton which was over 5f this can be marked down as a runner with average chance on form.

We know that Poppy Jag is a 2yo but how well is the trainer currently doing with this age of runner? Average would be the word as the recent strike rate is only in the region of 11%.

Form for this runner looks up to scratch but with better candidates in this race its overall chance could only be classed as admissible.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Havana Heart

Havana Heart is a 2yo who looks to have some fine form for this Handicap race and today is ridden by Ben Curtis.

Finding the right weight range for a horse could be the key in this race and Havana Heart looks to be in the zone having put in a praiseworthy display recently at Lingfield when it carried 08-09 to finish a worthy 2nd.

By no means the top rated here for this race but its not that far off and with the form shown so far could not really be left out of the reckoning here for this race at Leicester.

UTTOXETER RACECOURSE 1-40 Race Date 24/09/17 | Horse Racing

September 23, 2017 Leave a comment

UTTOXETER RACECOURSE FORM

Cry Fury

Cry Fury is a 9yo who looks to have some fine form for this Handicap race and today is ridden by Stan Sheppard.

Has an above average rating and looks a proficient runner but no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

After mixing in all the form lines for this runner the conclusion would be one who would reward an each way investment provided we can get the required odds.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Kingston Mimosa

Kingston Mimosa is a 5yo from the Mark Gillard stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Overall form shows that Kingston Mimosa who is a 5yo has run in Hurdle races before and has finished well but this form looks substandard and is not the most up to date and may be best to give this one the swerve.

A runners form can tell you about its ability but we also need to know how well the trainers string have been performing in the type of race that they are due to run in and with Mark Gillard stables strike rate of only 6% over the last year for Hurdle events things are looking unproductive.

With some discouraging results and below par performances this runner would be seen by most as having a less than average chance of taking the first prize here in this event.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Brass Monkey

Brass Monkey is a 10yo from the Martin Keighley stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Sometimes headgear can make a difference but if we judge things on its outing at Fakenham on the 06/11/2014 its form on that occasion would be described as fair, ok may not be the most recent form but Brass Monkey ratings look to be unexceptional.

This is a Hurdle race and the sires record when its progeny have raced in these type of events over the last twelve months has been 14%.

An average looking runner with adequate but unremarkable form for a race like this and there are others that are preferred and it could be an idea to look at some of the other contenders.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Blackwell Synergy

Blackwell Synergy is from the Tracey Leeson and would appear to be a talented sort and looks to have an above average chance here at Uttoxeter

So how good is the overall form for Blackwell Synergy? Well praiseworthy would seem an appropriate word for this above average contender and this was shown in a race when finishing 1st at Uttoxeter in a 23f race which is the same as today’s distance, so form looks agreeable.

By no means the top rated here for this race but its not that far off and with the form shown so far could not really be left out of the reckoning here for this race at Uttoxeter.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Stonemadforspeed

Stonemadforspeed is a 9yo from the Roger Teal stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

The use of different types of headgear can make a difference to a horses running and this would have been no doubt the case at Southwell when Stonemadforspeed put in a meritorious display when applied with No Headgear which is the same as we have here again today, so we are off to an excellent start with this runner.

This looks a nice Hurdle race and one in which Fruits Of Love, who is the sire has some exquisite recent stats. These stats show a first class strike rate of 25% when its offspring have run in Hurdle races.

Would appear to have an outstanding chance is this race and form suggests a bet could very well be in order for this runner who looks first rate.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Western Jo

Western Jo is a 9yo from the Sam England stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

So we have a nice recent run over this distance which took place at Hexham on HEAVY (Soft in p when finishing 2nd, looked an unremarkable type of race but could classed as acceptable.

Today’s runner is a 9yo and this looks a good place to start when checking the sire stats which over the last twelve months have recorded a 14% strike rate.

Has some satisfactory but run of the mill type of form and would not be to high on many punters lists but with a bit of luck may find its way into a place.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Exit To Freedom

Exit To Freedom is a 11yo from the John Wainwright stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

This is a Hurdle race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 3rd at Market Rasen on the 03/07/2016 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

So stats time and these are for today’s sire who is Exit To Nowhere and the over results are average for today’s type of race, another words, run of the mill.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Average

Scrumpy Boy

Scrumpy Boy is a 5yo from the Richard Woollacott stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Checking the last twelve months of form for this 5yo Gelding I noticed that it did run in a race on the 09/03/2017 when it carried a similar weight as today’s, results on that occasion was not great but don’t let that put you off.

Looks a first class choice to take the winners prize back to Richard Woollacott having proved itself highly capable of taking in a race like this and would expect an admirable display.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Autum Rain

Autum Rain is a 5yo from the Tom Weston stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Another runner who’s form looks to be damaging is Autum Rain and the only thing to write home about would be it came 3rd in a Hurdle race, not recently, but was within the last twelve months.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Average

Mileva Roller

Mileva Roller is a 5yo from the Jonjo O’Neill stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Headgear is used in an attempt to get the most from a runner and can sometimes have desired affect as was the case when Mileva Roller ran at Stratford, finished 2nd on that occasion and is not the most recent of form and looks to have far more to do here today.

Jockeys does well in some type of events and not so good in others, this is a Hurdle race therefore falls into the not so good category. Over the last twelve months Richie McLernon has what is seen as a unproductive strike rate of only 6% which is below average.

A runner who for this race appears to have to much detrimental form to its name and I feel it may be wise to pass this one over.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Primo Rossi

Primo Rossi is a 8yo from the Tom Gretton stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

So what chance does Primo Rossi on its overall form? Well ailing would be how its form could be described with only one small glimmer of light being its race at Market Rasen which while not recent it did manage to finish 1st in that class 5 event.

A runners form can tell you about its ability but we also need to know how well the trainers string have been performing in the type of race that they are due to run in and with Tom Gretton stables strike rate of only 4% over the last year for Hurdle events things are looking unproductive.

A runner who for this race appears to have to much detrimental form to its name and I feel it may be wise to pass this one over.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Below Average

Aristocracy

Aristocracy is a 6yo from the Fergal O’Brien stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Sometimes headgear can make a difference but if we judge things on its outing at Wincanton on the 20/11/2014 its form on that occasion would be described as fair, ok may not be the most recent form but Aristocracy ratings look to be unexceptional.

Today’s trainer and jockey combination look to be unexceptional given their overall strike rate of 9% when they have teamed up.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Put The Boot In

Put The Boot In is a 5yo from the Nikki Evans stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

Form looks rather substandard for this runner and to give you an example of what I mean take a look at its run on the 01/09/2015, it finished unplaced in a class 5 and a display such as that could be classed as dime-a-dozen.

A runners form can tell you about its ability but we also need to know how well the trainers string have been performing in the type of race that they are due to run in and with Nikki Evans stables strike rate of only 6% over the last year for Hurdle events things are looking unproductive.

A runner who for this race appears to have to much detrimental form to its name and I feel it may be wise to pass this one over.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Kings Eclipse

Kings Eclipse is a 7yo from the Andrew Wilson stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

We normally find that horses that have managed to finish 3rd as this one did on the 15/01/2017 when wearing the same headgear would have sound claims but that race at Kelso looked to be more of a run of the mill type of event.

Stats can play there part in form studying and I have looked to find some suitable results in which to sum up this ones chances. The best one appears to be when Brian Hughes is ridding a runner carrying around this sort of weight the recent strike rate is only average or run of the mill.

Does not have the best form in the race and only looks ordinary but there may be a chance of this one getting itself into a place, whether the bookmakers price this one up to allow an each way is a different matter.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Pretty Rose

Pretty Rose is a 7yo from the Ben Case stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 23f race which taking part here at Uttoxeter.

The use of different types of headgear can make a difference to a horses running and this would have been no doubt the case at Uttoxeter when Pretty Rose put in a meritorious display when applied with Cheekpieces which is the same as we have here again today, so we are off to an excellent start with this runner.

Would appear to have an outstanding chance is this race and form suggests a bet could very well be in order for this runner who looks first rate.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Vancouver

Vancouver is a 5yo from the Neil Mulholland stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 17f race which taking part here at Plumpton.

This is a class 4 race and it helps to know that a runner has form when running in these type of events and with Vancouver it does have some suitable outings over the last twelve months on which to make a decision. One of these races in which it put in a typical but has to be said undistinguished run was at Uttoxeter when finishing 1st but as I said that form would be classed as ordinary.

We know that Vancouver is a 5yo but how well is the trainer currently doing with this age of runner? Average would be the word as the recent strike rate is only in the region of 11%.

Moving onto the conclusion for this runner and with only what could be described as acceptable or tolerable form this one can just be given an average chance here for this event.

CATTERICK RACECOURSE FORM

Melaniemillie

Melaniemillie is a 3yo from the Ruth Carr stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

The use of different types of headgear can make a difference to a horses running and this would have been no doubt the case at York when Melaniemillie put in a meritorious display when applied with No Headgear which is the same as we have here again today, so we are off to an excellent start with this runner.

Stats show that when today’s jockey has been racing on a left handed course over the last twelve months there has been a top-notch strike rate of 24%.

One of the main candidates in this event and appears to have what would be called a first rate chance based on the Jadwiz rating and other factors.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Iceaxe

Iceaxe is a 4yo from the John Holt stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

So what chance does Iceaxe on its overall form? Well ailing would be how its form could be described with only one small glimmer of light being its race at Thirsk which while not recent it did manage to finish 1st in that class 6 event.

Has below average form for today’s chosen jockey when Royston Ffrench has ridden in races over 7f and the recent results show an unproductive 4% strike rate.

With some bush-league performances and a below par rating I don’t think this one should be on many short lists and would not think the winners prize will be going back to the John Holt yard.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

My Angel

My Angel is a 3yo from the Ollie Pears stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

Twelve month form does look to be ailing with some below par efforts put in and one of these off putting displays was at Doncaster in a Flat race the same as encountered here which does not go to well with a below average rating.

The overall form for My Angel looks to be unproductive or insufficient for a race like this and there are plenty of other runners to choose from.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Donnelly’s Rainbow

Donnelly’s Rainbow is a 4yo from the Rebecca Bastiman stable who has some praiseworthy form on which to recommend for this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

Some horses are natural born racers while others need a bit of persuading to bring out the best in them and this often comes in the form some type of headgear and if we look back to a race that took place on 28/06/2016 we see it finished 1st with a No Headgear, same as today.

A accomplished competitor for an event like this and also one who appears to have a chance, not top rated but then again not to far away and when you through in its splendid form it all adds up to a worthy participant.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Someone Exciting

Someone Exciting is a 4yo from the David Thompson stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

So what chance does Someone Exciting on its overall form? Well ailing would be how its form could be described with only one small glimmer of light being its race at Thirsk which while not recent it did manage to finish 1st in that class 6 event.

The overall form for Someone Exciting looks to be unproductive or insufficient for a race like this and there are plenty of other runners to choose from.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Danot

Danot is a 5yo from the Jedd O’Keeffe stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

This is a Flat race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 1st at Beverley on the 21/07/2014 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

Looking at the race type and here we see it’s a Flat and with only average or suitable recent stats for today’s jockey in this type of event it appears to have moderate claims here.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Blue Jacket

Blue Jacket is a 6yo from the Dianne Sayer stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

This is a Flat race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 1st at Ayr on the 08/06/2015 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

The recent stats for Dianne Sayer tells us that the results are average or undistinguished if you like when their runners have tried to win Flat events.

With some middle of the road performances and generally indifferent form this ones chances are modest and there are a number of entrants which look better suited.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Average

Tellovoi

Tellovoi is a 9yo from the Richard Guest stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

This is a Flat race and although it has run in these type of races in the past and even managed to be placed 1st at Musselburgh on the 09/05/2016 its overall form is more what you would call guideline.

The recent stats for Richard Guest tells us that the results are average or undistinguished if you like when their runners have tried to win Flat events.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Refuse Colette

Refuse Colette is a 8yo from the Adrian Nicholls stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

The use of different types of headgear can make a difference to a horses running and this would have been no doubt the case at Nottingham when Refuse Colette put in a meritorious display when applied with No Headgear which is the same as we have here again today, so we are off to an excellent start with this runner.

With some notable form to its name Refuse Colette looks to be the one to be on for this 7f event and I can see no reason as to why this would not have a excellent chance.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Mischief Managed

Mischief Managed is a 3yo from the Tim Easterby stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

Twelve month form does look to be ailing with some below par efforts put in and one of these off putting displays was at Doncaster in a Flat race the same as encountered here which does not go to well with a below average rating.

Mischief Managed is a 3yo and if we check the trainers overall record we can see some discouraging stats for their 3yo runners which currently stands around a strike rate of 5%.

The expression dime-a-dozen sprung to mind when going through the form for this runner and with a low rating this runner appears inferior.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Redrosezorro

Redrosezorro is a 3yo from the Eric Alston stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 7f race which taking part here at Catterick.

Had a recent race at Catterick and managed to get into the first three in a Flat event and looks to have fair form which looks typical for this type of contest.

Looking at the race type and here we see it’s a Flat and with only average or suitable recent stats for today’s jockey in this type of event it appears to have moderate claims here.

Has some satisfactory but run of the mill type of form and would not be to high on many punters lists but with a bit of luck may find its way into a place.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Whitecrest

Whitecrest is a 9yo from the John Spearing stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 6f race which taking part here at Wolverhampton.

What form does Whitecrest have? Well the best way of looking at this runner is to take into account its last twelve months of form and by doing this we can see there was a race on the 15/05/2017 when it finished 1st. On that day it was racing over 6f the same as today but it could be said that it was only a moderate type of an event.

Some horses run better when young other when older and finding a jockey who gets on with different age groups can pay dividends, however in the particular case William Carson recent success rate is only an average looking 8% for a 9yo.

An average looking runner with adequate but unremarkable form for a race like this and there are others that are preferred and it could be an idea to look at some of the other contenders.

AYR RACECOURSE 5-25 Race Date 22/09/17 | Horse Racing

September 21, 2017 Leave a comment

AYR RACECOURSE FORM

Edgar Allan Poe

Edgar Allan Poe Gelding who for this race has Daniel Tudhope on board which looks like helping here on ground which is marked down as Heavy

One of the things that came to light when looking through the form for this runner was today’s weight of 09-10 which is very similar to the weight carried on the 04/07/2017 when finishing 1st and would look to have an above average chance for this event.

This is a Flat and one thing I noticed was the recent stats for today’s jockey which shows a 17% strike rate in these type of event which looks agreeable form for this runner.

This runner looks to have an above average chance in this event and with its superior and dexterous form Edgar Allan Poe looks to be one of the main competitors for this race.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Mama Africa

Mama Africa is a 3yo from the David Barron stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

The race type is often overlooked when studying form but can be a tremendous help, after all we don’t want to be backing horses running in the wrong events. With Mama Africa we see that there was a top-notch performance in a Flat race which took place at Ripon and while this may not of been the most up to the minute form it does show outstanding ability which can be put to good use here at Ayr today.

The conclusion for this runner is that it could safely be added to any short list and could very well be the top selection to land the first prize here.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Below Average

Used To Be

Used To Be is a 3yo from the K R Burke stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Used To Be did have a good result when carrying 09-05 and finishing 2nd on the 07/07/2016 but that is not the most recent of form but you could say its acceptable.

Some horses run better when young other when older and finding a jockey who gets on with different age groups can pay dividends, however in the particular case Clifford Lee recent success rate is only an average looking 9% for a 3yo.

Has some satisfactory but run of the mill type of form and would not be to high on many punters lists but with a bit of luck may find its way into a place.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Above Average

Inglorious

Inglorious is a 3yo from the Keith Dalgleish stable who has some praiseworthy form on which to recommend for this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Superior form in today’s class of race is what Inglorious appears to have, ridden by Rowan Scott recently to finish 1st at Ayr which makes this one of the better choices for this race.

Inglorious is a 3yo and this age of runner has seen some very good recent results and currently the strike rate stands at around at 17%.

After mixing in all the form lines for this runner the conclusion would be one who would reward an each way investment provided we can get the required odds.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Dream Team

Dream Team is a 3yo from the Michael Dods stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

What form does Dream Team have? Well the best way of looking at this runner is to take into account its last twelve months of form and by doing this we can see there was a race on the 06/12/2016 when it finished 1st. On that day it was racing over 8f the same as today but it could be said that it was only a moderate type of an event.

So racing taking place on a left handed course and over the last twelve months the sires offspring when racing on these types of tracks have recorded a 7% strike rate.

Does not have the best form in the race and only looks ordinary but there may be a chance of this one getting itself into a place, whether the bookmakers price this one up to allow an each way is a different matter.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Average

Quiet Moment

Quiet Moment is a 3yo from the Keith Dalgleish stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

Quiet Moment is one of the runners here that takes the eye with some outstanding performances to its name most notable of these I feel was when finishing 2nd at Nottingham in a class 5 event the same as today’s which gets us off to a admirable start with our form studying.

Looks a first class choice to take the winners prize back to Keith Dalgleish having proved itself highly capable of taking in a race like this and would expect an admirable display.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Something Brewing

Something Brewing is a 3yo from the Iain Jardine stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Has an below average rating and looks a unproductive runner with no real form which can be used in conjunction with this race and so we will move on to the stats to see what we can discover.

So the course direction for Ayr is left handed and over the last twelve months the sire stats for this type of track is below average with only a 6% strike rate.

The expression dime-a-dozen sprung to mind when going through the form for this runner and with a low rating this runner appears inferior.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Tilly Tinker

Tilly Tinker is a 3yo from the Michael Easterby stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Another runner who’s form looks to be damaging is Tilly Tinker and the only thing to write home about would be it came 3rd in a Flat race, not recently, but was within the last twelve months.

This runner is a 3yo and the problem with that piece of information here today is that the trainers recent stats show only a low strike rate of 5% for runners that take part in races when they are a 3yo.

Could not be classed has having a great chance of taking the winners prize back to the trainers stable and other better candidate can easily be found.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Wasm

Wasm is a 3yo from the Roger Fell stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Had a recent race at Doncaster and managed to get into the first three in a Flat event and looks to have fair form which looks typical for this type of contest.

On the cards here is a Flat race and recent results show that the sire for this runner has produced offspring that have gained some middle of the road results, at the moment the strike rate is 10%.

Moving onto the conclusion for this runner and with only what could be described as acceptable or tolerable form this one can just be given an average chance here for this event.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Mischief Managed

Mischief Managed is a 3yo from the Tim Easterby stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Flat is on offer here and Mischief Managed looks to have some agreeable if rather basic form and included in those average runs would be an unplaced effort at Doncaster when ridden by David Allan.

Looking at the race type and here we see it’s a Flat and with only average or suitable recent stats for today’s jockey in this type of event it appears to have moderate claims here.

An average looking runner with adequate but unremarkable form for a race like this and there are others that are preferred and it could be an idea to look at some of the other contenders.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Average

La Sioux

La Sioux is a 3yo from the Richard Fahey stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 8f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Recent good form in the right class could be the way of looking at things and in the case of La Sioux who is trained by Richard Fahey we can seen a nice run at Catterick in this class of race. But with that said it must be understood that the form of that race may be substandard and not as good as it first appeared.

The overall form for La Sioux looks to be unproductive or insufficient for a race like this and there are plenty of other runners to choose from.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Wor Lass

Wor Lass is a 9yo from the Donald Whillans stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 16f race which taking part here at Newcastle.

This one is not one of the leading lights for this race and the only thing that could really be found to give any sort of encouragement to those of you who wish to back a runner at good odds would that it did finish 1st on a unknown course in a race that took place on the 06/08/2015.

This runners overall form looks to be below par for a race like this but it could possible be worth an each way provided that it had longish odds.

AYR RACECOURSE FORM

Imperial Legend

Imperial Legend Gelding who for this race has Rachel Richardson on board which looks like helping here on ground which is marked down as Soft

We need a runner that is competent in the class of race that it is running and in this case it’s a class 5 which means that Imperial Legend falls under the category after putting up a fine performance at Hamilton and while not the latest form does display its talent.

A accomplished competitor for an event like this and also one who appears to have a chance, not top rated but then again not to far away and when you through in its splendid form it all adds up to a worthy participant.

Goninodaethat

Goninodaethat is a 9yo from the Jim Goldie stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

With ailing form and a below average Jadwiz rating is there anything on which to recommended a bet is in order for Goninodaethat. Maybe today’s weight may help after all it did run a nice race when finishing 1st on the 21/05/2014 but that performance gives the impression of being inferior to what is required.

Does not look to be one of the fancied runners on the form which has come to light and for all intense and purpose Goninodaethat would be classed as having a below average chance.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Perfect Words

Perfect Words is a 7yo from the Marjorie Fife stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Good recent form is what we are after in a race like this but with Perfect Words this does not look to be the case, in fact its form looks rather discouraging, only spark of light would be that it did fill the 1st spot when wearing the same piece of headgear.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Salvatore Fury

Salvatore Fury is a 7yo from the Keith Dalgleish stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Taking into account the overall form for Salvatore Fury it would be considered to have a middle of the road chance as there does not seem to be any real factors which stand out. This is a 5f race and ordinary or passable would be the words I would use and it can be seen as more of an each way chance.

The recent stats for Keith Dalgleish tells us that the results are average or undistinguished if you like when their runners have tried to win Flat events.

Moving onto the conclusion for this runner and with only what could be described as acceptable or tolerable form this one can just be given an average chance here for this event.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Coiste Bodhar

Coiste Bodhar is a 6yo from the Scott Dixon stable who has some praiseworthy form on which to recommend for this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Weight can play its part much the same as other factors and having a horse with the right weight makes the form worthy, this is what we have with this runner a splendid performance on the Flat when it carried 08-10 to finish 1st. Some may say that the form is not as new as others in the race but it does show it is adept at carrying this sort of weight.

Ayr is a left handed course so we need some good sire stats on these type of courses and we find that with Camacho we have just that a 16% strike rate.

With some efficient and praiseworthy form to its name this would most likely be included in most short lists and who would I be to argue and I’m sure Scott Dixon with have this one fit and ready to be battle.

Nuns Walk

Nuns Walk is a 3yo from the Tim Easterby stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

What makes this runners form admissible is the fact it got a good result recently when racing at Newcastle when claiming the 1st place prize. Had a similar type of weight that day which it is set to carry in this race which gives Nuns Walk on form a modest chance.

The recent stats for Tim Easterby tells us that the results are average or undistinguished if you like when their runners have tried to win Flat events.

Moving onto the conclusion for this runner and with only what could be described as acceptable or tolerable form this one can just be given an average chance here for this event.

Grandad’s World

Grandad’s World is a 5yo from the Richard Fahey stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Grandad’s World did have a good result when carrying 09-05 and finishing 1st on the 17/08/2014 but that is not the most recent of form but you could say its acceptable.

On the cards here is a Flat race and recent results show that the sire for this runner has produced offspring that have gained some middle of the road results, at the moment the strike rate is 13%.

Form for this runner looks up to scratch but with better candidates in this race its overall chance could only be classed as admissible.

Recent Form – Trainer Above Average – Jockey Above Average

Lady Molly

Lady Molly is a 3yo from the Keith Dalgleish stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

So you are looking for a runner with excellent recent form, if that’s the case then Lady Molly fits the bill with its top-notch display at Musselburgh over 5f when it got the 2nd prize of £3k for the Keith Dalgleish stable.

Would appear to have an outstanding chance is this race and form suggests a bet could very well be in order for this runner who looks first rate.

Pavers Pride

Pavers Pride is a 3yo from the Noel Wilson stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Good recent form is what we are after in a race like this but with Pavers Pride this does not look to be the case, in fact its form looks rather discouraging, only spark of light would be that it did fill the 1st spot when wearing the same piece of headgear.

With some discouraging results and below par performances this runner would be seen by most as having a less than average chance of taking the first prize here in this event.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Average

Olaudah

Olaudah is a 3yo from the Adrian Paul Keatley stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Has only what would only be classed as passable form for this race and with a below standard outing recently at Ayr which was over 5f this can be marked down as a runner with average chance on form.

One of the runners who looks to only have moderate or average form but is the type that could run well and therefore may be of interest if the main contenders put in a below par effort.

Dawoodi

Dawoodi is a 3yo from the Linda Perratt stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Lets have a look at what Dawoodi has to offer, to start with we see a below average Jadwiz rating which is not a very good start but did have a nice recent outing at Musselburgh when filling the 1st spot when racing over today’s distance but I think overall form would still be classed as discouraging.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Suwaan

Suwaan is a 3yo from the Ruth Carr stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

We normally find that horses that have managed to finish 1st as this one did on the 31/03/2017 when wearing the same headgear would have sound claims but that race at Newcastle looked to be more of a run of the mill type of event.

On the cards here is a Flat race and recent results show that the sire for this runner has produced offspring that have gained some middle of the road results, at the moment the strike rate is 10%.

This runner only looks to have middling form and would not really be seen as one of the leading lights but more middle of the road for this event, however could possible reward an each way type of bet.

Vintage Dream

Vintage Dream is a 3yo from the Noel Wilson stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Lets have a look at what Vintage Dream has to offer, to start with we see a below average Jadwiz rating which is not a very good start but did have a nice recent outing at Catterick when filling the 2nd spot when racing over today’s distance but I think overall form would still be classed as discouraging.

This runner is a 3yo and there is nothing unusual in that except when Patrick Mathers has been the jockey, recent stats show a substandard strike rate, so may not be a great choice.

Looks to be slightly deficient this runner with ailing form to its name and would not of thought that this one would be fighting out the finish.

Jabbarockie

Jabbarockie is a 4yo from the Eric Alston stable who has some average form which means that it good enough to fill one of the places in this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

So we have a nice recent run over this distance which took place at Southwell on FIBRESAND: STAND when finishing 1st, looked an unremarkable type of race but could classed as acceptable.

We know that Jabbarockie is a 4yo but how well is the trainer currently doing with this age of runner? Average would be the word as the recent strike rate is only in the region of 8%.

One of the runners who looks to only have moderate or average form but is the type that could run well and therefore may be of interest if the main contenders put in a below par effort.

Recent Form – Trainer Below Average – Jockey Below Average

Sarabi

Sarabi is a 4yo from the Scott Dixon stable who looks to have an excellent chance on form and ratings.

The use of different types of headgear can make a difference to a horses running and this would have been no doubt the case at Doncaster when Sarabi put in a meritorious display when applied with Cheekpieces which is the same as we have here again today, so we are off to an excellent start with this runner.

Would appear to have an outstanding chance is this race and form suggests a bet could very well be in order for this runner who looks first rate.

Cheeni

Cheeni is a 5yo from the Jim Goldie stable who has some unproductive form and does not look to be up to this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

Another runner and with this one we see it does have recent form and although not as good as others may have place claims based on its 1st at Ayr in a Flat.

Jockey stats time again and Phil Dennis does not have a great record with 5yo runners, in fact their record shows only a substandard strike rate of 5%.

With some bush-league performances and a below par rating I don’t think this one should be on many short lists and would not think the winners prize will be going back to the Jim Goldie yard.

Recent Form – Trainer Average – Jockey Below Average

Star Cracker

Star Cracker is from the Jim Goldie and would appear to be a talented sort and looks to have an above average chance here at Ayr

So how good is the overall form for Star Cracker? Well praiseworthy would seem an appropriate word for this above average contender and this was shown in a race when finishing 1st at Ayr in a 5f race which is the same as today’s distance, so form looks agreeable.

This is a Flat and one thing I noticed was the recent stats for today’s jockey which shows a 15% strike rate in these type of event which looks agreeable form for this runner.

A accomplished competitor for an event like this and also one who appears to have a chance, not top rated but then again not to far away and when you through in its splendid form it all adds up to a worthy participant.

Oriental Lilly

Oriental Lilly is a 3yo from the Jim Goldie stable who has some excellent form on which to recommend a bet for this 5f race which taking part here at Ayr.

So why would Jadwiz give this one an excellent rating and chance of taking the first prize? Well first reason, which may not be apparent to everyone is the fact it has the same piece of headgear which was used when gaining an excellent result at Haydock in a UK Flat race.

Looks a first class choice to take the winners prize back to Jim Goldie having proved itself highly capable of taking in a race like this and would expect an admirable display.

The one thing that the form book does show for Cliff is that with the right headgear, which it has today, it can sometimes run well. With that said I do feel that today will not be one of them as there are far to many other runners with better form lines.

A substandard strike rate is on offer here when looking at the weight carried by runners out of the sire Bachelor Duke which lets us know that there is only an overall strike rate of 6%.

Overall form for this runner looks to be insufficient and substandard for a race like this and the best I feel it could do would be to possible be reach a place but its odds would need to be at least double figures.
